DeltaFox is an independent, non-commercial project providing a free messaging service.

By downloading, installing, or using DeltaFox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DeltaFox ("we", "us", "our").

DeltaFox is an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform that provides:

• Encrypted text, voice, video, and media messaging
• Encrypted voice and video calls (WebRTC peer-to-peer)
• Group messaging with sender key encryption
• AI assistant (Lilith IA) powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI
• PSTN phone calls and SMS via Twilio integration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DeltaFox
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all accounts
• Account registration requires Two-Factor Authentication setup
• You must not create accounts for automated or fraudulent purposes

You agree to use DeltaFox responsibly and lawfully. You may:

• Send encrypted messages, media, and documents to your contacts
• Make encrypted voice and video calls
• Create and participate in encrypted group chats
• Use Lilith IA for assistance and conversation
• Use PSTN calling features where available and with sufficient credits

You must NOT use DeltaFox to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
• Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or engage in fraud
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls

DeltaFox has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. We are committed to protecting minors and cooperating with law enforcement.

• Users can report abusive content or users directly from the chat interface (Report button)
• All reports are reviewed by our team and actioned within 24 hours
• Accounts found distributing CSAM will be immediately and permanently terminated
• We will report CSAM incidents to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and local law enforcement
• Users can also report abuse via email at: info@deltafoxxx.it

DeltaFox employs end-to-end encryption for all user communications. This means:

• We cannot read, access, or decrypt your messages
• We cannot provide message content to any third party, including law enforcement
• You are solely responsible for the content you send and receive
• Loss of encryption keys may result in permanent data loss

Lilith IA is DeltaFox's built-in AI assistant. By using Lilith:

• You acknowledge that Lilith conversations are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI)
• Lilith messages are NOT end-to-end encrypted (the AI needs to read text to respond)
• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate — do not rely on them for critical decisions
• Usage is subject to a daily message limit per user
• You must not use Lilith to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content

DeltaFox offers phone calls and SMS to real phone numbers via Twilio:

• PSTN features require phone credits allocated by an administrator
• PSTN calls and SMS are NOT end-to-end encrypted (standard telephone network)
• You must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws
• Abuse of PSTN features (spam calls, harassment) will result in immediate revocation

• DeltaFox, its logo, design, and code are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of content you create and share through the platform
• You grant DeltaFox a limited license to transmit and temporarily store encrypted data for delivery purposes
• You must not use the DeltaFox brand or trademarks without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your account is used for prohibited activities
• You attempt to compromise the security of the platform or other users

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — all data will be removed.

DeltaFox implements security measures to protect the platform:

• Rate limiting and progressive lockout on authentication endpoints
• Rate limiting on all API endpoints
• Certificate pinning for secure connections
• Anti-screenshot protection with detection alerts

• DeltaFox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from encryption key loss or device failure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• DeltaFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any)
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Twilio, Anthropic, OpenAI, Firebase)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Applicable regulations include GDPR (EU 2016/679), ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution, EU consumers may submit complaints through the European ODR platform:

DeltaFox is a free service. Since no payment is required, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Art. 52-59) does not apply. However, you may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, free of charge, from Profile settings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
